Description

The interpretation plan reinforces and celebrates the sense of identity of the citizens of Subiaco. It is highly interrogative, place specific and reflective rather than representative. It also supports other cultural activities including events and exhibitions within the city.

The main strategies include:

  1. Using main parks as key places for interpretation
  2. Redevelop walk trails
  3. Interpretation to be integrated into commercial activity
  4. Interpretation to be integrated into, street, infrastructure
  5. Incidental public interpretation
  6. Reformat museum.
